The Silver Lining Foundation
THE RICKY GUILLORY SUCCESS STORY

After losing everything in Hurricane Ike, Ricky Guillory became homeless. He lived in the woods near the I-10 bridge in Lake Charles for nearly six months before The Silver Lining Foundation became aware of his situation. 

The Silver Lining Foundation gave Ricky a travel trailer and located him at an area manufactured home community. While there were no strings attached to the donation, Ricky decited that he wanted to donate his time to helping refurbish trailers for the Foundation so that he could be a part of the process of giving back. 

Ricky is an honest, caring, hard working individual who is now back on his feet and able to 'take it from here' as he says.
